The unorthodox Hart threw in 20 points before he fouled out in the final period, and it was his play that enabled Coach L. C. Litchfield's crowd to avenge two previous one point losses to the Yellow Jackets. Fredonia battled all the way, and pulled up in the last half but could not quite come from behind to tie the Frances team. - Dalton and: Faught fouled out of the game for Fredonia while DeBoe followed Hart to the bench on fouls for Frances. Both Frances and Fredonia enjoyed breezes in their Friday night semi-final games. George "Two-Gun" Hart, highscoring forward: for L, C. Litchfield's club, -threw in 33 pointsthe same number scored by Princeton, while the Frances team won a 58-33 decision from Butler high's Tigers. Frances broke from the barrier fast, and never was in trouble, although Coach Litchfield • did not substitute much." Fredonia poured it on a hapless Tolu team by 82-44. - Tolu, keyed to a peak for a high-pitch performance against Marion, was flat and couldn't move with the fastbreaking Yellow Jackets of Coach Jack Byrd.
